First Semester MIleage Claim Forms

First semester mileage claim forms have been mailed. If you did not receive one, meet the
following requirements, and would like to collect mileage please contact Betsy Lamb at
308-346-4150 by November 15th.
State Law provides that parents who are legal residents of a Class III School District that have children attending grades K-8 and who live over four miles from school; or whose students ‘option’ (according to the Nebraska Department of Education-option students must qualify for free lunches to qualify for mileage) into the district, are eligible to submit a transportation claim for each mile the family actually traveled in excess of three miles on each day of attendance during a one way trip.
