Congratulations to Burwell Jr. Sr. High School senior Karsyn Bower on being selected as the recipient of the American Legion Post #298 Patriots Scholarship. Post Commander Don Christen presented the scholarship, recognizing Karsyn for her unselfish acts of community service and dedication to others.
