Burwell High School Art students attended the Valentine High School art competition and show on Wednesday, April 10th. Dominic Tolfa, Kelby Kreuger, Katie Watts, Grady Weber, Logan Smith and Gracie Pinckney attended with BHS Art Teacher, Emily Heerten. The students not only had pieces on display but they also worked to display other student art work and had a group art project while judging took place.
Students who received Judges Merit awards were: Jenna Schott, Amira Thoene, Emily Hughes, Trista DeGroff, Ethan Joy, Jayna Moses, Ella Vore, Fayth Stevens, Anna Gideon, Jaylee DeGroff, Hanna Huffman, Gracyn Hicks, and Cooper Phillipps. Many other students also received ribbons and the competition was an excellent day for the BHS delegates.
