Burwell Public Schools added a new NSAA activity in Journalism for the 2023-24 school year. BPS has had journalism as part of the curriculum for years. This year, in the first year competing in the NSAA competition, Miss Shayley Hunt earned 4th place in the state in Class C in yearbook layout!! Shayley and Sponsor, Mrs. Critel, attended the NSAA State Journalism Contest in Norfolk on Monday, April 21.
