Burwell Elementary is a 2013 National Blue Ribbon School recognized for its academic achievements.
There will be a Tail Gate Party Celebration prior to the Clearwater/Orchard football
game on Thursday, October 24th from 5:00 - 6:30 in the High School Commons Room. This
complimentary supper of hot dogs or hamburgers will be held to celebrate our amazing schools and community support.
Before the football game, purple and blue helium balloons will also be for sale to help with
our celebrations. The balloons will be 2 for $1.00 and can be released after the Longhorns fi rst
touchdown!! Proceeds from the balloon sales will go to the Cancer Crushers, a local team that is walking and raising money for the Susan G. Komen - For the Cure Breast Cancer Foundation.
