KINDERGARTEN ROUND UP 2021 REGISTRATION
Kindergarten Round Up will be held on March 19, 2021 at 10:00am.
All boys and girls who turn 5 years of age by July 31, 2021 are eligible to begin kindergarten. Please register your student if you are planning on sending your student to kindergarten in August 2021. If you are unsure about sending your student, you can still fill out the form and attend round up.
We will be mailing invitations to Kindergarten Round Up.
Items to bring to Kindergarten Round Up:
-Original Birth Certificate
Required Items before 1st day of Kindergarten:
-Physical and Vision Exam from a Physician
-Immunization Record
