Lesson Plans are Subject to Change due to weather conditions or conflicts in gym use.

9th Health/PE Grading Procedure

Daily Participation in PE - 50 pts

Skill development - 50 pts

Newspaper Current Articles - 10 pts

Chapter Notes & Questions - 50 pts

Worksheets - 100 pts

Chapter Tests - 200 pts

Warm up: 5 laps.

Stretching: various complete body stretches plus abs and push-ups.

Conditioning:   5 minute around the gym and up through the stairs.

Unit- Speed and Agility- Ladder, footwork drills, Plyometrics, Core training

Circuit Weight Training: Work with a partner and rotate after 3 complete sets, concentrate on good form.

Game- Depends on time.
